Personalized Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation Program
Spirit Lodge is a residential treatment center with programs that begin with a minimum of 35 to 60 days. We are committed to creating a uniquely adapted treatment episode for each guest. The treatment plan will meet the physical, mental, emotional, family and spiritual needs of the individual. It will equip them with the necessary tools to conquer their addictions and live a healthy sober life.
Our drug and alcohol rehabilitation program has three primary components: a comprehensive assessment, a personalized treatment plan, and one year of recovery coaching after completing the program.
Comprehensive Assessment
Upon arrival, each guest receives a comprehensive assessment conducted by our clinical team. It includes:

Personalized Luxury Drug & Alcohol Treatment Plan
We care about our guests and want to provide the finest level of rehabilitation treatment, while acknowledging that no two people are alike. After the assessment is complete, the counselors work with the individual to create a personalized treatment plan specifically addressing their unique needs and circumstances.
Our philosophy is to utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and/or elements of various proven techiques of addiction recovery. By providing a continuum of therapy, we are able to reach guests on many different levels. We include therapies or elements from therapies such as:
- Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT)
- Person-Centered Therapy
- Reality Therapy
- Motivational Strategies
- Living In Balance
Additionally, guests will participate in process group therapy, gender group, individual counseling, medical lectures, family counseling and education - including a four day family week, recreation and fitness.
Family week is held Thursday through Sunday once each month. It is designed to include loved ones in the process of recovery and begin to repair the damage that has been created by substance abuse and addiction within the family unit.
Recreation
Extensive recreational opportunities for our guests to reconnect to specific skills, improve their fitness level, try new activities, and enjoy the outdoors. Recreational activities include:

Because we believe it is important to prepare guests for re-entering the "real world," certain elements of daily life are still allowed during allocated free time, but are monitored; such as the use of cell phones and laptops.

Recovery Coaching
Living a full and sober life after treatment is possible. With dedication and effort on behalf of all parties involved, recovery is achievable. After successful completion of our residential treatment program, it is essential to have a continuing aftercare strategy to ensure ongoing sobriety and long term success. Before discharge, our staff works with each guest to create a plan of action for the coming year.
We offer one-year of Recovery Coaching designed to help predict and prevent relapse. Recurrent professional contact and support is provided throughout the first year. This provides a structured post-treatment accountability process that has shown to provide more successful recovery outcomes as opposed to receiving residential treatment on its own.
