Drug and Alcohol Rehab Payment Options

• We accept cashier's check, credit cards and are able to accept bank wire payments. Financial arrangements will be discussed during your phone consultation and administrative details will be handled upon your arrival.
• Insurance carriers often dictate the length of your or a loved ones treatment without regard for his or her individual needs or situation. This practice has the potential to reduce the effectiveness of treatment and is counter to our personalized, results-based treatment approach. For this reason only, Spirit Lodge does not directly accept insurance.
  
  We are, however, a fully licensed Joint Commission-accredited, out-of-network addiction treatment facility meaning if you have an insurance plan with out-of-network benefits you may receive some reimbursement of your fees paid to Spirit Lodge.
  
  Insurance Assistance
  We understand that dealing with health insurance providers can be confusing and we would rather you focus on your recovery so our treatment team will make all efforts to help you get some reimbursement. However please note that there are no guarantees you will receive insurance reimbursement. We verify your out-of-network insurance coverage and give you an estimate of what you may expect to be returned after discharge through yours and our efforts to get the claim paid. We will call your insurance company with a pre-certification as required to get them to approve admission. We will also continue to call for further authorizations for coverage throughout your stay. Even though you may have coverage for addiction treatment they don’t always think that you have medical necessity to continue in treatment for our 35 to 90-day program.
  
  If you would prefer to deal directly with your healthcare insurance provider and do not need our assistance we can provide you with a bill to submit to your insurance company directly for reimbursement.
