Drug and Alcohol Rehab Fees
Detox: The cost of our detox program is $800 per day which includes all doctor and lab fees. Not all guests will need detox, but for those who do, we want to ensure the process is as comfortable as possible, helping guests physically prepare to begin their program.- 35-Day Program: The cost of the 35-day luxury treatment program is $20,000 and includes the Comprehensive Assessment, Personalized Treatment Plan, Room and Board and one year of Recovery Coaching. During the 35-day program, guests may decide a longer stay at Spirit Lodge is beneficial to them. The cost for such an extended stay is $500 per day for days 36 through 90. $1,000 of the fee is used in a services account to cover things such as doctor's visits, psychiatric evaluations, psychologist assessments, medication, and on site elective amenities such as a personal trainer. (Note: Optional, offsite amenities and activities such as spa services, greens fees, etc. must be paid directly via credit card to the provider at the time of the service.). Once this services account is used guest will be requested to add additional fees for additional services. All fees are non-refundable and can be used up to one year of date of admission if there is a break in the treatment episode.
- 90-Day Program: The-90 day program offers the same benefits and amenities as our 35-day program. In addition, guests will receive a more intensive track, diving into deeper issues and receiving a stronger foundation of support for recovery. Cost for the 90-day program upon admission is $45,000 of which $3,000 is used in a services account to cover doctor's visits, medication, and elective amenities such as a personal trainer, massage, and spa services. All fees are non-refundable and can be used up to one year of date of admission if there is a break in the treatment episode.
- A private room, should one be available during your treatment, is obtainable for an additional fee.
- If appropriate and desired by the guest, the optional PROMETA infusion therapy protocol is $12,000.
- The Spirit Lodge Recovery Commitment: When you successfully complete our 35-day or longer residential self-pay program*, you will be eligible to return to Spirit Lodge for 7 to 10 days within one year from the date of your admission, at no cost, if you should relapse or feel the need for additional support. Spirit Lodge believes in you, as well as our programs.
- For alternative financing options, Spirit Lodge has partnered with MyMedicalLoan.com. MyMedicalLoan.com provides consumers with easy and affordable options to pay for medical expenses through your doctor's office. They can help you obtain financing through your doctor's office for your needs, even if you have less than perfect credit. Begin the application process.
- Insurance carriers often dictate the length of your or a loved ones treatment without regard for his or her individual needs or situation. This practice has the potential to reduce the effectiveness of treatment and is counter to our personalized, results-based treatment approach. For this reason only, Spirit Lodge does not directly accept insurance.
We are, however, a fully licensed Joint Commission-accredited, out-of-network addiction treatment facility meaning, if you have an insurance plan with out-of-network benefits you may receive some reimbursement of your fees paid to Spirit Lodge.
Insurance Assistance
We understand that dealing with health insurance providers can be confusing and we would rather you focus on your recovery so our treatment team will make all efforts to help you obtain some level of reimbursement. Please note, however, that there are no guarantees you will receive insurance reimbursement. We verify your out-of-network insurance coverage and give you an estimate of what you may expect to be returned after discharge through yours and our efforts to get the claim paid. We will call your insurance company with a pre-certification as required to get them to approve admission. We will also continue to call for further authorizations for coverage throughout your stay. Even though you may have coverage for addiction treatment, they don’t always think that you have medical necessity to continue in treatment for our 35 to 90-day program.
